01About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern use of www.crb.co.in, operated by CRB Innovative Solutions Pvt Ltd (“CRB”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them before using this website or requesting our services.

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you are acting for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. A website enquiry does not, by itself, create a service contract.

02Services and project agreements

CRB offers software development, website design and development, mobile applications, hosting, domain and email solutions, digital marketing and related technology services.

The scope, deliverables, fees, milestones, acceptance criteria, support, renewal terms and service levels for a project must be set out in an accepted quotation, order or separate written agreement. That agreement takes priority over these general terms where they conflict, subject to applicable law.

03Acceptable website use

You must use this website lawfully. Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, impersonate another person, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, or copy or exploit content in breach of intellectual property rights. Information you submit must be accurate and you must have permission to share it.

04Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide agreed content, requirements, permissions, access and approvals on time. You are responsible for the legality of materials and data you provide and for obtaining necessary licences and consents. Keep credentials confidential and inform us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Delays or changes in customer inputs may affect agreed schedules and costs. Any revised scope, price or timeline should be confirmed in writing.

05Quotations, payments and taxes

Prices, validity periods, payment schedules and applicable taxes are those stated in the accepted quotation or agreement. Third-party fees and recurring charges should be identified before purchase. Do not assume that a one-time project fee includes ongoing hosting, domains, licences, maintenance or future upgrades.

Any late-payment charges or suspension rights must follow the applicable agreement and law. Please raise billing questions with bill@crb.co.in.

06Cancellation, refunds and renewals

Cancellation, refund and renewal conditions are governed by the accepted quotation or service agreement and applicable law. Contact us in writing with the relevant project or invoice reference to request a cancellation or refund.

The treatment of completed work, unused prepaid fees and third-party commitments will depend on those agreed conditions. No blanket “no refund” rule is created by these website terms. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

07Delivery, support and results

Delivery dates and support commitments depend on the agreed scope and timely receipt of required inputs. New features, revisions and maintenance beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quotation. Backup and restoration responsibilities should be expressly allocated in the service agreement.

Search rankings, advertising results, sales and business outcomes depend on factors outside CRB’s control and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

08Intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics and other materials belong to CRB or their respective owners. You may view them for personal or internal business evaluation; other reuse requires permission unless permitted by law.

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, source code and reusable components are governed by the project agreement. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. Submitting an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials to CRB.

09Third-party services and links

Registrars, hosting providers, software platforms, messaging services and other suppliers may apply separate terms. Relevant supplier conditions should be disclosed as part of the order. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; CRB does not control their content, availability or privacy practices.

10Privacy and confidential information

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with this website and our business communications. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or sensitive customer records through general enquiry forms. Project confidentiality and processing of client-controlled data should be covered by the applicable service or data-processing agreement.

11Website availability and liability

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Website access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Information on this website does not replace an agreed specification or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CRB is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable agreement and law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern. Subject to mandatory legal rights and the jurisdiction of any applicable consumer forum or other statutory authority, courts with competent jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will hear disputes relating to these website terms.

13Changes to these terms

We may revise these website terms and will update the date shown on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not automatically amend an existing signed service agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
