What happens after I decide to have my website built by CRB?
Once you have spoken with a CRB consultant, you will receive an electronic copy of our Website Planner document. A simple planning tool designed to help you collate and organise the content appearing in your new website. If you are unsure of the correct package for your business or require some presales assistance, we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the project at our Sydney office. Once the website planner has been finalised and all of the accompanying artwork has been received, our graphics team will begin preparing a concept design for your website. Will I know how to populate, maintain and update my website once it is complete?
Of course! our Starter Kit comes with a detailed user manual that clearly describes all of the available functionality (within the Site Control content management system) in a step by step reference guide. All documentation includes detailed diagrams and screenshots to help familiarise you with Site Control and present the various features in the most understandable way.

We also offer a complimentary training service to all customers that feel more comfortable with an interactive demonstration from one of the CRB consultants. We maintain a fully equipped training lab in our head office designed to provide the ideal staging environment for personalised tuition. Our goal is to bring you up to speed with Site Control and demonstrate all of the available functionality at a pace that suits you. If I don't want to update my own website content, can CRB do it for me?
Of course! We offer a range of maintenance plans designed to save you time and ensure that your website is constantly reflecting a fresh look with the most up to date content. To find out more about the different maintenance plans, please visit our extra services page.

What happens if I have problems using Site Control?
Our support team is available by phone or e-mail Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm (AEST). If you have any problems or questions, just call or e-mail us for a same day response.

Do I need to purchase a domain name?
No, all you have to do is choose the right one and we will do the rest. The Net Presence and Net Plus packages include registration of a .com domain name for 1 year. The Net Premium and Net Flyer packages includes a .com.au domain name for 2 years.

If I choose a Presence or Plus package can I still get a .com.au domain name?
Yes! Even though it is not included as a standard part of either package, we will discount the 2 year registration fee for your .com.au address by $33 dollars to ensure you get your .com.au for the best available price in Australia.

What if I already have a domain name?
No problem! We'll gladly transfer your existing domain name to your new CRB Web site free of charge.

How long will it take to build a Web site?
The development time depends on the requirements of your website. The Net Flyer can be up and running in 48 hours. Typically, we aim to deliver your website within 2-3 weeks.

Can CRB provide graphics that are relevant to my business?
Yes. CRB can use a combination of stock photography and images/graphics that relate to your business or industry to help create a professional design for your website.

What happens to my domain name and e-mail if I cancel my service?
The domain name included with your account is registered in your name. If you decide to cancel your plan, you can choose to transfer your domain name to another provider. You will have to re-configure your e-mail addresses with the new servers settings. We can provide you with a static output of your website for transfer if required.

Can CRB help me promote my website?
Yes! As a standard procedure for all websites, we align our design principles with commonly accepted benchmarks for search engine optimization. All of our packages include full keyword, page title and meta-tag administration tools to increase the likelihood of a favourable search engine ranking.

What is a merchant account?
A merchant account is the bank account that tracks and transfers all of the monetary transactions that occur through your website. Your first step in building your e-commerce site is setting up a merchant account with a provider.

Is CRB secure?
Yes! All CRB websites are completely secure. Each hosting package includes 24 hour monitoring, virus protection and daily website and database backup. All ecommerce is secured by 128-bit SSL certificate encryption.

How much will it cost to add Ecommerce?
That all depends on how customised your ecommerce processes are and how many products you have. If your requirements fit our standard Ecommerce package it can cost as little as $395 to convert your new or existing site into a fully operational online store!

What kind of services can I expect from CRB once I launch my Website?

Will I need CRB to maintain my website once it's developed?
No. Every package comes with the CRB Site Control content management system and complete documentation for maintaining all aspects of your website. We also conduct complimentary training sessions for customers at our local training lab.

How do I pay for additional services such as maintenance or training?
Services that do not occur on a fixed monthly basis (such as optional components and extra services) will be invoiced on a standard 14 day credit policy. Payment for these services can be made by cheque, credit card or direct transfer.

Why does your hosting start from Rs.999?
All CRB sites are hosted on our dedicated Windows 2003 servers (not Unix) running the latest Microsoft .NET environment and sophisticated SQL Server databases. Our dedicated servers are located at WebCentral's (Australia's leading website hosting company) state of the art datacenter. Your hosting fee also covers unrestricted author licensing for the use of the Site Control content management system. We also provide free phone and email support as well as access to complimentary training - exceptional value for money!

I'm not at the office and I need to check my email, how do I check it online?
You can either click here or at the bottom of the Site (web mail link) to go to the web mail login page.  web mail facility provides you with convenient access (when you are traveling or away from the office) to your email from any computer with Internet connectivity (similar to Hotmail).

I want to setup my email account in Outlook, what are the server settings?
